Hello all, hope you've had a nice start to the week! I though I'd share some of the goodies I got over the weekend :)
First up, new runninggear! I have been meaning to get... of this came to under £18.
Also, have you guys noticed that runninggear comes up really small?! I wear a size 10 or 8 but had to buy the top and shorts in a size 12!

Disposable RunningGear

Today I hit up the Goodwill for some disposable runninggear. I know it’s going to be super cold at the start of the race, but I get hot fast once I’m running. So, I don’t want to wear extra clothes once I am warm.
I went to the Goodwill in search of a sweatshirt I can wear to the race, but throw away either once I start running or at the start

It wasn' t all that long ago that Sarah Palin was proud to call herself a marathon runner, and in fact posed for a number of photos for Runner' s World Magazine in her runninggear.
One of those images has now turned up on the cover of Newsweek Magazine just as the former Alaskan Governor is going out on her new book tour.

But, I know these temps are very mild compared to many other parts of the county. I also realize that low 40s require some extra gear to run, but not thermals... the weather and figure out how many miles you’re running before you just throw on gear and go
