I can attest to this: coming back to running from a break with you have EIA really sucks.
Nevermind that I don't run that fast anyway, but I find that the lungs need to be worked almost daily. Otherwise, your oxygen economy is comprimised in a way that makes it difficult for you to want to continue exercise.
