Went to our running clinic's 2nd week of track workout tonight. Did 1 mi warm-up, followed by 8x400 (at threshold pace), with each 400 of speed work followed by a recovery...% sure what my overall pace was.) I honestly didn't feel very tired after tonight's track workout, so either my fitness is improving or I'm not working hard enough!
Not sure if I

All this talk of H1N1 and my thoughts of RSV keep going thru my head with each cough and nose I wipe. Little Taylor just turned 5 months yesterday and has been running a fever since Wednesday evening around 102 F. Ashley had a fever too which appears to be gone as of this morning but her nose is still runny. I feel particularly concerned because

Even with BOTH antibiotics and tylenol Isa is running a fever of about 39 to 39.3. ( you have to translate it I operate in celsius for body temps!) Her cultures...’t it. The body knows that her WBC/Neutrophils are low and it heats up.
From a doctor’s perspective this creates a problem. The fever needs to be managed, as in it can’t get too high
