Oh, I still get a run in 5 days a week, but 4-5 miles is all I have been getting per day. I ran .83 miles during my 1.5 mile run/walk by Allen Patient ExpertHealth Maven Posted Wed 03 Jun 2009 10:20am Today I used my GPS to measure the distance I ran, and the number is 0.83 miles or 55% of the run. That is the most I've run during my recovery from the blood clots that attacked me in January. I could really feel the difference in my knees running on the road after running on a treadmill. Nice to be outside, but my performance sucked.
