it took for me to scurry home and bake these tasty gluten-free red velvet muffins…I opted for a pinch of coconut and a handful of pistachios to add a sweet n’ crunchy kick. These babies are made with roasted beets for an all-natural rich, red velvet hue.

1/2 cup coconut oil

So with that in mind, I did not have Oatmeal for breakfast this morning, I made a fabulous bowl of Red Quinoa with Molasses, Dried Apricots and Pistachios. This is was a nice change of pace and I really enjoyed this.

back the outside shell of pistachio nuts were dyed with food colors like red or green to make them look more appealing. Nowadays the pistachio herbs are picked with machinery...

Pure fun fertility stuff: I keep hearing anecdotes about pistachios being good for fertility, if both partners eat them. (And not the disgusting red-dyed ones, please.) In fact, last time I accidentally became pregnant, MAN FERTILITY and I had just come off a pistachio binge.
