This is not one of my typical nice and easy recipes, but it’s so delicious that I couldn’t help myself and spend half of my day in the kitchen trying to recreate...
Instructions for the bites:
1. Peel and cut into small bites the aubergine, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and the red peppers, add some salt and olive oil and bake for 40 minutes.

I came across a very interesting new organization (thanks twitter) and some of the research they are involved with. The Outdoor Foundation is a non-profit group that tries to increase outdoor activities, responsibly. They produce an annual report on demographics of outdoor recreation that shows some very interesting trends.

last weekend, who told me that God woke her up in ICU to tell her to pray for "recreative miracles" for her spine. I love using a pre-foundation primer , but for some reason the silicone in many of them congest my skin.
