This morning I wanted to give my lips and tongue a treat. Chlorine! The skin from the inside of my mouth and lips is peeling off. It's really weird. Austin, Jacob, Jonas and I drove up to Evanston to participate in the yearly table tennis tournament they have up here. We got here at 9:30 and lap swim was from 10-noon. The boys started their doubles tournament while I swam. I did

Early this morning Cathi, Jonas and I went to the SDRC for the 2nd annual South Davis Masters Meet. There were over 200 swimmers in this meet so it was very well attended and Kris Edwards and crew did a fantastic job organizing and executing the flow of the meet.

I mostly work out at home mostly for the convenience of it. In the past, I’ve done yoga at dance studios or used university or recreation center facilities to exercise.
