This was some of the best raw organic vegan food we've had.
Here is the point about this whole post.
Many vegetarian places arent hip to raw yet.
EDUCATE THEM. Inform them that raw... difficult.
If there are vegetarian places near you, and you are sick
of salads, see what you can do to get the management educated
about the potentials of raw vegan dishes

on a negative commentary. People are entitled to their opinions, but when it becomes hurtful a line has clearly been crossed. If you choose to eat raw, vegan, vegetarian, or if you’re a carnivore that is “your choice” only.
There are many people who were 100% raw that are now eating cooked food, but they remain high raw. Whether raw, vegan or vegetarian, whatever

As I prepared to leave town, I had an abundance of cherries so I made raw cherry pie. You would see the photo here but my tale of woe, in Pennsylvania, is that right before my talk on Mushrooms as Medicine (wish that you could protect computers with mushrooms), my computer was attacked by a virus. But back to the raw cherry pie.

prefer them raw. We all know that all sweets are high in calories, but making mostly raw desserts makes me feel good and guilt-free; this way I know I get plenty of vitamins, minerals and other great nutrients and so I ignore the calories.
Another thing I love about raw desserts is that they’re so easy to make! This took me less than 5 minutes

Crust
- 3 cups raw walnuts
- 2/3 cup raw cocoa / carob powder
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup dates, pitted
Chocolate cream
- 1/4 cup honey (or any other healthy sweetener)
- 3 bananas, ripe
