, there is no need to add up the calorie content daily (you should know it!) however if you introduced a new muesli, check the nutritional panel and make a note of it. Counting calories... site is www.calorieking.com.au. Simply punch in a food and up comes your nutritional information.

Is there any possible way to calculate the nutritional information (calories, fat, fiber, etc.) when making homemade almond milk?
It’s been asked across... the fat content.
To put that “5 grams of fat” figure into context, it’s equal to half a tablespoon of almond butter.

What in the World is Quinoa?

So as you all know I have been looking for new and different things that I can eat that are clean and I discovered Quinoa. I honestly have never even heard of this stuff but apparently it is a Spanish grain that originated in the Andean Mountains. It is similar to oats in nutritional content and is cooked very similarly to rice. Quinoa is gluten free

I usually wear a large button on my chef's jacket that reads, "What's Quinoa?" And I have to say that I am probably responsible for teaching hundreds, if not thousands, of people how to cook quinoa.
