This is just a traditional lunch sandwich, but it's quick, high in protein, and low in calories.
Tuna Salad Sandwich
1 can tuna in water
1 baby dill pickle, diced small... of the ingredients. Serve on Sara Lee Delightful bread (45 calories per slice). Eat the rest of the tuna salad with lettuce and tomato, or save some for a snack later.

Pesto Chicken
1 chicken breast, cooked
1 to 2 T. prepared pesto
¼ cup shredded mozzarella

Scramble the egg whites. Cook the instant grits according to package directions. Microwave the bacon according to instructions. Serve in a single bowl or separately. Top with cheese if desired.

These tacos are relatively low in calories and have a satisfying crunch to them from the shells. You can substitute any kind of shell or tortilla for the Old El Paso shells but that will change the calorie count. The amount of tomatoes you add can serve as a salsa along with the Tabasco sauce. Adding more tomatoes and lettuce turns it into more of a taco salad
