The SHAPE training guide said 30-45min of Cross Training today but I start work again. So I opted for knee rehabilitation exercises on my bed.
I was to do each exercise... the toes.
Exercise 1
This is good for the quads. Its an isometric exercise (I believe) because it does not require movement, only contraction of the thigh muscles.
