finished the following legs and abs workout. I did two exercises for each muscle group (quads and abs) and it went very quickly. You could easily do this workout in less than 20 minutes.
Legs Workout (Quads only)
Barbell Squat: 3 sets x 10 reps, 55#
Lunges on my Step 360 : 3 sets x 10 reps

25 minutes treadmill - intervals
My quads were screaming at the end of this workout!
For dinner I had raw veggies and oat cakes... desirable in daylight let alone in the dark! I actually got up early and drove my car down to the station to make sure I got a space close by then walked home which was a good start

I was headed home from a workout and got hit by a car. Well, I hit a pickup. I was in the bike lane and the driver did not see me till it was too late. He pulled out... quad is one huge knot and deep (soon to be) bruise. My right knee hurts, otherwise just some scrapes and all-over-aches. The bike seems okay except for bent rims. Three police

What do you do when your planned workout gets foiled? Do you have a favorite at-home workout? Or do you call it a rest day? Anyone had pinkeye as an adult? I... legs over their body, pinning their arms to their sides. You have to really use those quad muscles here. Just ignore any protestations from the child - remember it was them
