2/11: Quick Legs (Quads) & Abs Workout

finished the following legs and abs workout. I did two exercises for each muscle group (quads and abs) and it went very quickly. You could easily do this workout in less than 20 minutes.
Legs Workout (Quads only)
Barbell Squat: 3 sets x 10 reps, 55#
Lunges on my Step 360 : 3 sets x 10 reps

bicep curls on up turned bosu ball

25 minutes treadmill - intervals
My quads were screaming at the end of this workout!
For dinner I had raw veggies and oat cakes... tummy rumbling. My lentil curry/stew was a welcomed tummy filler. I also had some quinoa, such a good combo!
I had a fab workout in the afternoon
warm up - 15 minutes cross

and leg extension machine. The leg extension machine is a great way to isolate your quads and trigger growth. I have found through experience that doing low reps will get my legs... anywhere. 20 Minute Fitness Solution has a great take on the workout here….

The Greatest Quad Builder… That Almost No One Wants To Do
It’s axiomatic that the exercises which give you the best results are always the hardest ones to do. If you want... emphasis on the quads and less on the hips. It is truly a superb bodybuilding exercise.
