Sorry I've been MIA, but I've been laying a wood floor the last 3 days. A little over a 1000 sq. ft. and I did it all myself. I finally finished yesterday at about 3:30 in the afternoon. And I am exhausted. And my hamstrings have been killing me. But the project I have been dreading since I bought the wood 5 weeks ago is finished. Yea!

Treadmill-ran for 35 minutes on Alpine, at a light jog.

New Goals for 2010:
Balance out the strength of my right and left leg.
Calculate and improve my quadricep / hamstring strength ratio.... The trainer suggested I perform hamstring curls with my right leg only. I worked my right leg and exercised using both legs. My right leg slowly increased strength.

2/11: Quick Legs (Quads) & Abs Workout

finished the following legs and abs workout. I did two exercises for each muscle group (quads and abs) and it went very quickly. You could easily do this workout in less than 20 minutes.
Legs Workout (Quads only)
Barbell Squat: 3 sets x 10 reps, 55#
Lunges on my Step 360 : 3 sets x 10 reps
