You probably wanna know if it is safe to use fertilizer in your yard when you are pregnant. You are safe if the fertilizer you are using is completely organic. However, you should be wearing mask and gloves if you are not sure about the fertilizer you will use. In this way you will not be exposed to pesticide, which may cause fetal abnormalities
