I know I sound like a broken record but you don't have to spend thousands of dollars on a gym pass or a home gym to get in shape. Personally I hate driving somewhere simply to exercise , it's seems counter productive. Training with kettlebells and body weight exercises is cheap and efficient

Power Yoga is an American adaptation of Ashtanga Yoga and one of the first styles of yoga that was taught widely in gyms and health clubs due to its very physical and challenging practice.
