chloride 3 times daily. All women also took calcium carbonate and Vitamin D3. The potassium citrate was found to increase bone density up to 2% in one year. Both groups also had significant reduction in blood pressure during this time with no side effects at all.

Too much potassium ( more than 5000 milligrams) can upset the balance of minerals in your body and cause heart and kidney problems. Other potential side effects include muscle..., runners, tennis players, soccer, football etc-you lose lots of sodium, chloride, and potassium.

there is another side to the story……
Potassium is a type of Ionic Salt which is naturally found dissolved in sea water and as part of the mineral content of fruits and vegetables... and low intakes of potassium have unfavorable effects on blood pressure. Therefore, reducing the consumption of sodium and increasing the consumption of potassium are both good ways

This morning, 06.00 I took 50mg potassium chloride. The result, like yesterday, was that I felt very much better, my heart behaved – pulse 82 and strong, rather than tachy and weak, few PVCs. Breathing good, muscle pain moderate, so much so that I was able to just take Paracetamol at lunch time.
