This is a fantastic video. David Wolfe shows you how to eat stinging nettles straight from nature.
How do you pick a stinging nettle? The younger leaves are the easiest. The older one sting more. You come from underneath, pull and grab the leaf, like a taco. If you do it wrong, you will feel the nettles sting in your fingers

We're thrilled that on Tuesday the US Fish and Wildlife Service and ReGeneration began planting 158 acres of forest , about 50,000 trees, in Trinity River National Wildlife... the money. We don't have the resources."
A portion of the resources to plant these trees came from Dell's Plant A Tree For Me program , of which we're proud to be a partner
