Those visiting Sinai Hospital now have an additional place to sit, relax and take in natural beauty: the Jacqueline H. Hess Memorial Garden.

Literally within a short walk of the California Academy of Sciences and the De Young Museum in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, a must see is the Japanese Tea Garden . Time to prepare for the opening of the season. Gardening is serious exercise and the muscles need to be warmed up beforehand . I like this video on garden stretching because it actually takes place in the garden and uses a lot of the tools gardeners use.
