a bulging or herniated disc ( see Spine-health info on pinched nerves and herniated discs ) .
Herniated discs can be a real drag...especially when they are pinching a nerve. Pinched nerves in the neck, can cause pain into the arms and hands. Pinched nerves in the lumbar spine can cause pain down the leg...we call this sciatica.
