Hmmmm.... getting addicted to exercise. Been doing Slim in 6 - and it is 6 days on, 1 day off. Today is my rest day. I commented this morning that it was my rest day, so I might do some pilates. John thought that was funny for some reason! I can feel my hip bones - crazy!!!
