UPDATE: Since this original post, the company has updated their website, and added a nifty PDF which makes it pretty easy to see the low carb items onthier menu easily - it’s here.
A year later, I still enjoy PF Chang’s - my fave is their Northern Style Ribs with 6 grams of carbs. Their seared Ahi Tuna is great as well.

An estimated 30,000 runners will take to the street of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe, Arizona as part of the annual P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon and Half Marathon.

P.F. Chang's has been tweeting about new additions to their gluten-free menu available on March 8. While P.F. Chang's hasn't formally announced the dishes, they are already available at P.F. P.F. Chang’s truly goes out of their way to accommodate the gluten-free diner and anyone with food allergies. I recently took my daughter there and they made her an entirely different entree due to her multiple allergies.
