authority from Cymrusteve that it's perfectly OK to do the girl-style pushups, so that's what I'll be doing. I could barely eek out 3 regular-style pushups, so that's certainly... for the hundredpushups.com strength-training plan. (Before I stated that I probably could do them; now, I had to test the theory to prove it was really true! ;-) )

OK, since it's been -- Gasp! -- well over two whole weeks since my last pushups workout (i.e., Day 1 of Week 4 on 8/9/08), I decided to take another pushups test to gauge my strength before repeating Week 3.
Well, I managed to do 40 consecutive pushups, which isn't too shabby. So, I think it's safe to say that I haven't lost too much

Today's pushup workout called for intervals of 12, 12, 9, 7, & a max of atleast 10 pushups. Here's what I did: 12, 12, 9, 7, 25.
Right now my arms feel a bit like warm jelly. And that's perfectly OK, just as long as they don't look like it too! ;-) If I can just keep this up, I don't think I'll have to worry too much about that.
