Just a quick note to anyone suffering from a headache. (Dave was last night) Put a drop or two of NSP's Peppermint Oil on your finger and wipe it across your forehead. Just....
And for major headaches, wet a rag with cold water and put four or five drops of NSP's Peppermint Oil onto it and lay it across your head. This works wonderful! Just make sure you keep

peppermint oil to food as a flavoring and a preservative.
* To deter rats, mice, ants or cockroaches, place two drops of peppermint oil on a cotton ball and place along the path... uses
* Rub 4-6 drops in the palm and rub over stomach and around the navel to relieve indigestion, flatulence and diarrhea.

. I rubbed some Peppermint Essential Oil on my feet, and an hour later, they weren't stiff and felt much better. I mix 4 or 5 drops of the Essential Oil with 10 or 15 drops of the "mixing" oil.

want to use peppermint, the best way to do it is to use it in either aromatherapy or take it internally. It is not recommended to take straight peppermint oil, but peppermint... some good light and water. You can even plant peppermint in your garden to ward off pests. Ants and mice hate peppermint, so you can grow it to protect your other plants

In 1994, German researchers proved that topically applied Peppermint oil relieved tension headache. A second study by the same author was done in 1996 and found that topical Peppermint oil was as effective as Tylenol®.
