Just a quick note to anyone suffering from a headache. (Dave was last night) Put a drop or two of NSP's Peppermint Oil on your finger and wipe it across your forehead. Just....
And for major headaches, wet a rag with cold water and put four or five drops of NSP's Peppermint Oil onto it and lay it across your head. This works wonderful! Just make sure you keep

uses
* Rub 4-6 drops in the palm and rub over stomach and around the navel to relieve indigestion, flatulence and diarrhea.
* Add a drop of peppermint oil to herbal tea to aid in digestion and relieve heartburn.
* Massage several drops of peppermint oil on the area of injury to reduce inflammation.

. I rubbed some Peppermint Essential Oil on my feet, and an hour later, they weren't stiff and felt much better. I mix 4 or 5 drops of the Essential Oil with 10 or 15 drops of the "mixing" oil.
