Sometimes a seizure may be so slight that no visible signs are seen in spite of the fact that the nerve endings in the elbow and arm... bring cell activity back to normal.

Ashley had an appointment with her neurologist yesterday. And unlike many of our specialist appointments, we didn’t have to wait long. In fact, we were the only people... seizures.

Dogs definitely have a wide variation in seizure activity but it is hard to say whether seizures which might not cause recognizable clinical signs occur because it is so hard to judge the mental state of the dog. I assume that almost any type of seizure possible in a human probably occurs in dogs as well, though

We know that there are a lot of people out there who have undiagnosed sleep disorders. That can really be contributing to epilepsy and making... be that that underlying pattern makes it easier to have a seizure, but we don't really know.
