And all this time I've had this flare, I've been checking in on my pelvic-floor muscles to see what they're doing. They aren't always completely relaxed, but they are at least sitting on the couch munching on popcorn in front of the TV. I mean, what else are they supposed to be doing? One doc says, pelvic-floor muscles, that's your problem! So

don't have interstitial cystitis but that I definitely have pelvic-floor dysfunction, aka dysfunction of the muscles hiding between my legs.
