So quick, easy and refreshing on a hot, summer day!!Sometimes, simple is superb!
Papaya Passion Fruit Ice Pop
1 cup coconut water
1 papaya, chopped
3 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract
3 drops Medicine Flower Passion Fruit Extract (optional)
honey, yacon syrup, or agave to sweeten
Blend, pour into pop molds and freeze

A Nutrition Research study found that asthmatics (people with asthma) who took 150 mg of passion fruit peel extract reported a whopping 76% reduction in coughing and 81% reduction in wheezing.
