red itchy blotches on palms, wrists, ankles and feet

i have suffered from this condition for quite a while now and as the past year it has got intolerably worse... it starts off small itchyredspots and then turns into a coin size spot which swell feel raw and also feel very warm, to the point were i cannot walk because of the pain... can anyone help as i cannot seem to get this condition diagnosed

On July 1, Palm as a company ceased to exist. They are now part of HP and with that a new chapter begins. The mobile division will still be headed by Palm’s CEO, Jon Rubinstein, and HP plans to “double down” with WebOS so expect to see new exciting products driven by this great OS, including the anticipated HP Hurricane tablet . I have been itching to blog, but I am a slave to FeFe's (pronounced Feh-Feh, comes from the Spanish pronunciation of Felix, which is Feh-leeks) hunger. You know, people... interest.
