Yesterday, when I was running, I had a new pain hit me. I'm not sure what it was. I was starting on my second mile, and from the left side of my neck to almost my left eblow starting hurting. It was just a sharp pain, and, as long as I held my arm up, it didn't hurt. I finished the second mile, and went inside the gym. All of my vitals were good, s ...

Check this out---this is my first week ever since I hit puberty that I haven't had to take any narcotics. That's intense! I haven't had any L3's at all and barely any L2's. In fact, the only thing I've taken this whole week since Monday last was 600mg of Motrin a few times. Now I don't know if it's the Nicosan or the fact that now we are having lo ...

After my last post about taking it easy, I got a great comment from a reader that reminded me about my owner personal experience with fitness and weight loss goals and how those things fit in with a yoga practice. We live in a goal-oriented society, don't we? Many of us want to lose weight, be healthier, have more prosperity, get a good job, find a ...

Sometimes, when the pain is too great, the words soon disappear. There is nothing but pain upon pain. Pain in layers, pain in waves. How do I get through this?

Last night I had reported on the pain I had in my access the previous night. I was worried that the pain would be there in my next treatment too. But, thankfully, last night's treatment went off well. After the needles were removed, however, there was pain for about an hour. But its now settling down.

Pain resolved!

I had reported the pain I was having yesterday and the day before . Yesterday, just after cannulation, the pain showed signs of returning. So, we stopped right then and tried a few things before connecting the tubes. One thing we tried was to make the tape that holds the needles just a wee bit loose. That worked like a charm. No pain. Good sleep. ...
