Since 2003 I have been dealing with chronic pain in the abdomen. They went as far as splitting me open to find that there is a solid block of scar tissue. They can.... I would like to live instead of just existing.

So I had this weird pain in my upper abdomen and along my ribs. I haven't run all week because of this. It's getting better. Hopfully I can do our 16 mile run on Saturday.

to run it, but I didn't take splits and messed the whole thing up.
