I cheated during a marriage and ended the marriage because of it. I am more depressed now then I have ever been and I deserve it. What I did was awful and there is no excuse for it. A more accurate statement is that women rarely feel guilt about infidelity, period.

and L apologized for having gotten upset.
But this feeling of guilt is something that at times is difficult to overcome. I have gotten better at it but it is still there at times... wouldn't have to watch them and put them to bed) and the realization set in for him that he would be alone for however long I would be gone.
At that point the guilt started setting

the feelings of guilt or laziness (doesn't mean they go away though).
So what about you? Any of you chronicbabes out there have suggestions for overcoming these feelings of guilt... failed and let the enemy (aka chronic illness) win.
So how does one get over this guilt, as surely I am not the only chronicbabe out there dealing with these feelings
