Ear infections are bound to happen with little ones. Please do not blame yourself. Breast feeding her until 3 1/2 is highly commendable.
Common causes of ear infections:
Dairy products – many children cannot tolerate dairy until they are quite a bit older and sometimes never. I still try to avoid dairy products
