Continuing from yesterday’s post, I offer energy bar #2: an easy-as-can-be no-bake bar, reminiscent of oatmeal cookies and studded with dried cherries and almonds...). Cheers!

I'm going to have to be quick myself with this entry - the England match is on!
I spotted this recipe on Youtube the other day and made a batch of these bars yesterday... and popped it into the fridge before letting it cool and cutting it in to bars. I had a bar cold out of the fridge for breakfast today - sooo good. Perfect after jog re-fueling
