We should all realize that a time will come when we will have to face our fears and anxieties irrespective of how difficult they may be. There is one thing that I learned... may happen in the future. Next week will take care of itself.
Handling your fears and anxieties will take some challenging work. Trying to avoid you problems will do nothing
