Today is the New York marathon. Good luck to all the runners and any jogglers that might be doing it too. I haven’t heard from anyone specifically but each year there are 1 or 2 that joggle.

Held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, this year sees a combined effort of the New York Running Company and KT Tape to get people in gear for the race of a lifetime. , the last 10k is when the marathon really begins and it separates the men from the boys.
Each footstrike was incredibly painful and I had an intense burning sensation in my groin..., and dizziness at the same time. I was shuffling to get my bag and 3-4 volunteers asked if I needed medical attention.

He's from Ethiopia and he holds the record for the fastest marathon ever run, and he also happens to be running the 2010 New York City marathon.
