So I can not sleep. I am nervous. I was more nervous for my hysterectomy. If I got through that, this should be a breeze. Still surgery is still nerve-wrecking. I am nervous, but the natural kind. I am so ready to do this, you wouldn't believe. I am coming out bionic. lolololol....

Health care has been on an unfettered growth trajectory for a while now and that makes me nervous. Nervous because of 1) an historical financial situation; 2) stories of health care providers cutting jobs; and 3) my cohort and I are leaving school to enter the job market.

My wakeup HR was 48, indicating my sympathetic nervous system has done it's job in helping me respond to Saturday's speed run and is now slowing down. My parasympathetic nervous system has become dominate and is causing my body functions to return to normal. I could tell, though, that I was still tired. I had no desire to go faster. Tomorrow
