I generally try to avoid no's, but some no's can't be avoided. A few general no's in Ayurvedic lifestyle include: NO old food or leftoversovereatingaluminum cookware or utensilsrefined oils white flour, white sugar, white salt tomatoes or mushroomsice cold drinks (even water) Ok, that's enough negatives for one day!
