talking about their aches and pains. Indeed, this supposed transgression has been fodder for comedians for as long as I can remember.
In my experience, this stereotype...-centric culture in the past few decades, I suspect some elders are loath to acknowledge aches and pains for fear of appearing old (as if sags and wrinkles are not evidence

anything, I feel it in my legs, this time is no exception. I also have problems with my back, they tell me it's a bulging disk. I had one doc tell me the disk was a result... can't remember. When my back acts up, I take Skelaxin and it usally does the trick in a couple of days. The problem is it also goes to work on the spasticity in my legs. I

, but yesterday the wife noticed I had a large bruise on my arm -- nine inches long by a couple of inches wide. Not pitch-black, but definitely discolored. I have three more days... be to discontinue or reduce the dosage of aspirin -- it doesn't look like my blood needs to be any thinner.

and then off to soak my sore muscles. I am hoping these aches and pains will subside in the next few days but it is good to be reminded that I need to push harder. What do you guys do...
Yesterdays work out was good but boy am I feeling the pain today. Zumba was fast and exciting and I also walked 3 miles - the top of my feet hurt so badly today
