At first, you may think you have a common cold. Your nose is congested, your head hurts and that minor cough has now become a major problem. The symptoms seem to stick around for more than a week or two which is unlike the basic cold.
You try to go through the motions of your life feeling completely miserable but at some point you've ...

I can't believe how rotten I feel. My muscles are aching. I have a headache, my sinuses hurt. I'm slightly nauseous and have that agitated exhaustion, the fatigue is horrible, I have shortness of breath, and have that weak feeling. I'm not on any antibiotics so its not a herxeimer reaction.
It must be the virus that has reactivated. I tried al ...

Dixie had a tooth extracted this afternoon and has been sleeping it off. I had an allergist/ENT appointment because my sinuses are all jacked up* and I have oozing blisters on the bottom of my feet from field day yesterday, so I've been sleeping it off.
Dowlan took Melody and Charlie to church, leaving us a quiet house so that we may sleep i ...

What could be better than a view of the ocean?
I love views. Ocean views, mountain views, panoramic views over hillsides and farms. I grew up with a mother who willingly paid more for a room with a great view, and who got my father to buy property in West Virginia because it had an amazing 360 degree view of mountains and vall ...

Apologies if this is too much information, but the my nose has never quite recovered from chemotherapy and the Drug Trial Of Doom. The chemo drugs made my sinuses hurt and the inside of my nose feel really sore and achey all the time. For as long as I was taking Lapatinib as part of the ALLTO trial, my nose bled. Not blood-pouring-out, just a littl ...
