Monday is my HR class. It'll be one of the more important tests to study for because, well, its my major. Getting a good mark in that class is important as getting my CHRP designation depends on me doing well in that course.

am only in my forties, I've had several problems already diagnosed with my joints and not much in the way conventional medicine can help. But I am embarking on a simple plan... such suggestions and I am grateful that my own MD was willing to suggest simple lifestyle approaches to try first.

can't believe it has been that long!
Today I just did my morning , went for a few walks and then did some mobility drills to help loosen up.
Joint mobility is an important.... That was stupid.
