I'm angry. My right foothurts again. Not my ankle, just myfoot. It's pretty much in the exact same place as the previous break. I'm afraid that it's broken again! How could this happen?? I have an appointment at the fracture clinic this friday. I was going to cancel it ages ago but thankfully I didn't. I dread sitting in the waiting room

on top of things.
My left foot, the one that I fractured, is hurting. Again. I don't know what is up with this. After taking today off from yesterday's 20 miler, my left foot is still somewhat sore. I think it is a flare up of the PF which I have had troulble with before. It feels like a knife through the top of myfoot. A day or two of rest and ice and it will be fine.
I forgot also when I go out on my long runs to check my toenails. Once again like

I fractured myfoot just over 3 weeks ago and had significant pain initially, but the pain has steadily improved. I now walk without pain in the walking boot, can stand for prolonged periods without noticing the foot (most the time) and can even stand or (carefully) walk on the foot without the boot and not have pain. Any pressure or touching

Yesterday after the gym when I was in the shower, I lost myfooting, then stepped side ways on the stopper in the tub. Serious foot bruise on the side/bottom of myfoot that it hurts to put pressure on. No running for me today sadly :-( I hope I am good to stand on me feet during work tomorrow.
I am spending my entire day being a study bug and getting

, while planting the left. As with many soccer fields in Utah, the surface was uneven and I twisted myfoot under (the typical mechanism of an ankle sprain). It hurt, but I rarely ever truly sprain my ankle. I distributed the ball and then hobbled back to my position on the field. This hurt much more than usual and I was unable to run as completely

fractured toe.
Someone was handing me a
bottle, I didn’t realize it, they let go of it and bam, it landed right on my toe.
Myfoot took all the impact so when the bottle rolled off it and onto the wooden
floor, it didn’t even break!
Myfoot is now in this lovely surgical shoe. Truth be
told, I could open a lending library of medical braces.
I'm not going
