the next day my chest was hurting a lott especially when i would breath in. as if the muscle behind my right boob was sore. It' s been a week and if i strain a little it still hurts. Is this normal? will it go away?

I' m 25 and in good shape. I' ve been having some pretty bad chest pain, pain in my arm, and pain in my hands. My grandfather had his first heart... the problem was. Has anyone experienced chest pain with an anxiety attack?

if it continues through the weekend I'll get it looked at on Monday.
After dinner I went for a 55 minute tempo run. Right from the start I was having mild chest pain. It actually hurt more..., although many times my heart rate got up to 141 bpm.
I sure hope this chest injury heals quickly, as without it, I really think I'm on the verge of some real improvement.

pain that is in my chest and spreads up my throat. the other day it was hurting my shoulders as well. It hasnt been too bad, but I just made it a lot worse by going and running... been holding my chest muscles tightly without really realising it, or perhaps it is a respiratory problem. Could anyone give me an ideas how to stop the pain. It mainly hurts
