As part of my effort to make at least 3 of the recipes I bookmark in food mags each month this is recipe 2 for January.... maple syrup and mustard chicken.
This was so... breasts
4 bacon rashers
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsbp wholegrain mustard
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 190˚C. Mix the maple syrup and mustard together.

include mustard recipes that I have used:
GRAINY MUSTARD
1 C mustard seeds (you can mix black, yellow, and brown, if you like)
1/2 C apple cider vinegar (or vinegar of choice...
Several people have asked me what mustard I am using on those potatoes that I so liked.
