As part of my effort to make at least 3 of the recipes I bookmark in food mags each month this is recipe 2 for January.... maple syrup and mustard chicken.
This was so tasty and VERY easy. I'll definitely be doing this again.

I'm okay with mustard but I actually love mayo...gross
I saw a Hungry Girl episode where Lisa Lillian makes onion rings using fiber one cereal to coat the rings and I decided to use it to coat CHICKEN!

If you’ve ever eaten at my house or my mother’s, you’ve probably enjoyed honey mustard chicken. This dish is so easy and naturally gluten free! It’s a perfect meal... Boneless chicken breasts (depending on how many people you’re hosting)
½ stick butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
½ -1 teaspoon curry powder

1/3 cup Dijon mustard (I used Maille)
