SO - I have been battling extreme morning sickness for 4 weeks now. I have tried most "old-wives tales" out there. I am to the point where I am on meds from the doctor. BUT I figured it wouldn't hurt if I asked my blog world friends if they had any tricks that worked for them! SO....

Though it's not widely known, morning sickness is related to a women's diet. Cornell researchers first did a study about this back several years ago, and a newer study... meat without feeling sick.

I seem to be having bouts of morning nausea even though I KNOW I'm not pregnant. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and is kind of strange. I keep food down usually and it subsides after maybe an hour, but that doesn't mean it's pleasant.
This is puzzling me.
