Light Headed by Andy Posted Thu 04 Feb 2010 9:06am We have had snow on the ground for weeks. That is unusual for southwest Virginia. Oh, the glare! Migraine sufferers know what I mean. All that snow reflecting light. It hurts even if you are not a migraineur. Light or glare is definitely a migraine trigger and makes one feel even worse. That is why I live in a cave. How soon after a missed period can I take a home pregnancy test and get accurate results? by April G. Posted Tue 02 Dec 2008 12:01pm 4 Comments Many home pregnancy tests (HPTs) claim to be 99% accurate on the day you miss your period. Portland Head Light by Lori K. Healthy Living Professional Posted Mon 20 May 2013 7:05pm   Walking on the beach.  I actually had to duck back a bit taking this picture as the waves got a little close! We spent 2 days in the Ogunquit/Kennebunk area.  There was a lot to explore.  We were hoping to find better bike trails, but it just wasn’t happening, so we did a ton of walking.  We did find a Franciscan Monastery and ...
