doze off due to not taking their supplements at the correct time. Keep in mind that these rules apply to vitamins taken in a multivitamin complex and also individually... / Potassium / Zinc /Selenium.
If you take a multi vitamin that includes both vitamins and minerals you can take that in the morning. The vitamins with boost your metabolism
