METFORMIN Therapy "Could Extend Lives"

A British research team, publishing in the journal Science, have shown that METFORMIN therapy in mice can extend lifespan by as much as 20%. The mechanism proposed is that a particular genetic pathway is blocked by METFORMIN therapy.
By the way, that's 160 days for mice, but could translate to 15 years for humans.
