I've battled with sleep problems for the last five years. I didn't know for a while that it was because of the drop in hormones in my body. Joy,joy...here it is 4am. I did sleep a few hours, maybe two, but that seems to be it for tonight.
From what I've read it can range from mildly annoying to totally interfering with your ability to function during the day. I would say mine is the former. I do not have it every night, but the past week I started to experience insomnia ...
